CASE STORY
RC PLAST
For more than 40 years, RC Plast has promoted a circular economy through plastic recycling.
We transform production waste and post-consumer plastic waste into new raw materials such as
high-quality granulate and regrind, used in the production of new plastic products. By managing
the entire process – from collection of plastic waste to delivery of recycled plastic materials
– we contribute to reducing resource consumption and minimizing environmental impact.
1. RECEPTION AND REGISTRATION
Plastic waste (PCR) or production waste
(PIR) is received, inspected, sorted, and
weighed. Materials are registered with a
QR code to ensure traceability throughout
the recycling process.
2. SHREDDING AND WASHING
Plastic waste is shredded, washed,
sorted, and dried in a fully automated
facility. Subsequently, the material is
prepared either for direct resale as
regrind or for further processing into
granulate via the extrusion process.
