INTRODUCTION
The CSR Report covers the period from 1 January
to 31 December 2024. In the 2024 CSR Report,
Marius Pedersen A/S presents its objectives, action
plans and results for the year within the following areas:
– Environment and Climate
– Employees, Health and Safety
– Human Rights
– Anti-Corruption
For each of these focus areas, Marius Pedersen A/S
has established clear policies and objectives. The CSR
Report covers the company’s activities within waste
management, transportation and sludge services, as well
as CCTV drain inspection in Denmark.
In 2024, RC Plast was merged into Marius Pedersen A/S,
and its activities are therefore also included in this CSR
Report, alongside other acquisitions made during the year.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
In our CSR efforts, we focus on the issues and areas that
are particularly relevant to our industry. These areas
also include the statutory reporting on corporate social
responsibility pursuant to Section 99a of the Danish Act
on annual accounts.
We promote awareness of the environment and workplace
health and safety by providing employees with information
and guidance, encouraging them to take responsibility for
sustainability, safety, and well-being.
The CSR Report re昀氀ects how the company’s values are
transformed into objectives, activities and results within
the areas covered by the report.
