CSR POLICY
Based on the UN Global Compact, we aim to
promote fundamental principles on human rights,
labour rights, anti-corruption, and the environment. Therefore, the management has developed
a CSR policy forming the basis for our CSR work.
Human rights
Marius Pedersen A/S supports and respects
internationally declared human rights.
We offer our employees a safe and healthy
working environment in accordance with
applicable legislation.
Labour rights
Marius Pedersen A/S respects employees’
rights to freedom of association and right of
collective negotiation.
Child labour and discrimination based on status
are not accepted. Employees are remunerated in
line with Danish pay and employment conditions,
including applicable collective agreements.
Marius Pedersen A/S complies with the ILO
conventions as implemented in Danish legislation,
including ILO94.
Marius Pedersen A/S ensures that:
– All employees are at least 13 years old
– Employees aged 13 to 15 only perform light
work for a maximum of two hours daily
– Employees under 18 do not perform hazardous
work and do not work night shifts
