When onboarding new employees, they go through
a formalised and detailed introduction programme
i.e.:

An instruction which supports to our business
strategy and which includes
– Work descriptions
– Safety instructions
– A programme for peer-to-peer training
– Necessary personal safety equipment
in compliance with regulative requirements
and company policy

RISKS RELATED TO HEALTH AND SAFETY
The highest risk related to health and safety
is the risk of work-related accidents. Work-related
accidents are a permanent focus area in our health
and safety organisation and for the Executive
Management.
At Marius Pedersen A/S we focus on improving and
standardising our procedures and ensuring that
work-related accidents are recorded.
